Harry Kane Wondergoal Earns Tottenham Win Over Juventus

SINGAPORE - Harry Kane beat Wojciech Szczesny from the halfway line in the third minute of injury time to earn Tottenham a 3-2 victory over Juventus in the International Champions Cup.

Erik Lamela broke the deadlock with a close-range strike past Gigi Buffon in the 30th minute before Gonzalo Higuain’s well-taken finish leveled the score at Singapore’s national stadium.

Spurs went behind for the first time on the hour mark as Cristiano Ronaldo directed in Mattia De Sciglio’s low cross and Lucas Moura equalised just five minutes later, arrowing home Tanguy Ndombele’s exquisite through ball.

England International Harry Kane, who took over the captain’s armband for the second half, won the match for Spurs at the death with the most sensational strike from 50 yards out.
